WRONG ORDER!!!NO HELP FIXING IT

So I ordered 4 bottles,three were correct and one was incorrect I tried customer care to no avail for a few days then I finally received an email with Naseem’s number and I called him numerous times to no avail until I finally got him,he told me he’d send someone to pick the order up then gave me an option to order something else,I did that and till today I’m still sitting with the wrong bottle and no refund or exchange order,it’s weeks later and everytime I call him he promises me the same kak and that never happens,I was so impressed at first but now I’m super pissed off and might never order from these people ever agin

It smells, feels, even looks like Interlude Man, but without the blue beast mode. Longevity on me is +- 4hrs and sillage is less than a meter.
